IEAK 5.5

I’ve download the IEAK 5.5 kit so I could keep my users out of the Internet options. When I setup my Internet Explorer 5.5 install, I told it to disable Internet options thinking that it would password protect the Internet options. I installed it on one of my PC’s and now I can’t get into it because it comes up as restricted. I’m just running Win98/95 PC’s. Is their a registry setting to change or some other way to enable Internet options so I can make some changes and then disable it again? Any help would be great.
