ieak6wiz.exe – Entry point not found

Initially I installed IEAK 6 w/o installing 5.5. 5.5 works fine, but if I install ieak6 it states that “ieak6wiz.exe – entry point not found”. “The procedure entry point PrivacyGetZonePreferenceW could not be located in the dynamic link library wininet.dll.”

What is this and how do I remedy this problem?
