IIS 4 & FTP

A request has been made by others in my facility to have FTP access right from a web page. So, when they are surfing our site, they can hit a link and it automatically drops them to a directory and allows for FTP from IE. What does this take? I’mnot even how to ask the question to look it up somewhere. A little light would help. Thanks.
