Well, what a doozy. NT 4.0 SP6 box (BDC) installed with Proxy Server 2.0 SP1 with IIS 4.0 running also. One NIC card to the router, one to the internal network. Can see the default web site internally, but when accessing the site externally (froma seperate ISP, typing in the domain name), the browser states “The page cannot be displayed”. IIS 4.0 has Default web site running. Pinging from outside ISP to domain name receives response, so server is accessible. Tried to assign outside IP toIIS web site, but as soon as I assign an address, proxy services to the clients (i.e. clients ability to access the web) goes dead. I think I have everything setup correctly, but I think I need some major help.
Thanks,
