IIS 5 / SMTP

Dear Everyone,

I’m compiling lists of IIS 5 / SMTP servers but they aren’t broken down into whether they are IIS or SMPT or whatever at this time.

I have list of external IP address (e.g. 208.193.53.10), I don’t haave the internal IP address for this either.

How would I know the Internal IP address facing the external IP Address? From this I would know the function of this server.
