IIS 5 (SP5) – Virtual Folders with error

I?m trying to add Virtual folders to create an Intranet. The Base folder is in a FAT partition, everything works ok. But the problem is: when i add the folder in the NTFS partition, the error Access Denied comes. Try to redefine the permissions to accessthat directories, but none had worked. Pls help me.
