IIS 5.0 and File Transfer

We have set up an IIS 5.0, and on the hosted
Web page, we have a link to an executable
file.

When a user enters the Web page and clicks
the link to the file, nothing happens. The
client reports “Host contacted, waiting for
reply”, and eventually, the connection times
out. (The server is intended to be used as
a Citrix NFuse server.)

The EXE file is located in a Web-shared
folder.

What are we doing wrong?
