IIS 5.0 keeps shutting down

I have a web server on a w2k machine sp2. I repartioned using pqmagic 5.0. Now, all of a sudden, my IIS admin service stops running after 20 minutes or so. then, as a result, all my other web services stop. the event ID is 7031. does anyone know why this is happening? i’ve reapplied sp2, and i still get the error. i’ve set it up so that the service restarts automatically, but this is only a temp solution. any help would be appreciated.
