IIS 5.0/MS-Proxy 2.0/OWA/Win2k

Why do my users loose their internet access when I assign an IP address to the default web site in IIS 5.0. If I assign an IP rather than leave the deafult of “Any Unassigned Address” this occurs. Please help!
