IIS 5.0 re-install Under Win2000 Server?

Awhile ago I had my IIS 5.0 working perfectly for local development purposes on my Win2000 Server.
I left it for a few weeks and came back to it, and lo and behold
it has stopped working. Unfortunately I cannot give you exact error messages at the
minute because I am not at that machine.

But What I want to do is unistall and re-install IIS Server on Win2000 Server all over again.
How do I go about doing that?
