IIS internal server error

I have 2 W2K adv.srv working together in a NLB-cluster.

My problem is that the IIS is causing asp_0149 (applicaion restarting). As I have read the MS-technet I have experienced that the typically cause of app. restarting is that an antivirus program is locking the Global.asa file. I am certain that it is not a antivirus program. Further more I have given everyone read-rights on the file.

Wonder if somebody has a clue on what I am doing wrong.

I am looking forward to hearing any suggestions.
