IIS, JRun 3.0 Problem

by sundeep_a . Updated 25 years, 2 months ago

Hi,
We maintain two webservers ( Windows NT 4.0 ), Both has upto 10 sites in each. Some of our clients has JSP pages for which we had to go for Jrun 3.0. I also installed the connector for IIS to make JSP pages to run. everything’s working fine but every 3-4 hours the JRun’s default server service stope automatically and i get to know about that through our clients as they call up and say that their sites are not working, I am unable to give them excuses.
And on the other webserver it gives an Dr.Watson error of JAVAW.EXE atleast once a day. I have to solve the problem but unable to trace out the problem. I also istalled the connector ( JRun and IIS) twice but it did not work. I installed JDK 1.2 as i came to know that JAVAW.EXE is an application related to JDK 1.2. Even though it does not stop giving those errors. Can any one give any advice about this. I hope you guys will help me out.

Take care.
