IIS MMC tool for Win98????

I am running Win98 on my laptop and would like to know if there is an MMC for administering my IIS server from Win98. I currently run the Usrmgr, Srvmgr, and evtvewer from my 98 machine and rather than PCAnywhere into my server, I’m looking for a quicker tool to manage my FTP and WEBSITES as well.

Your thoughts?
