IIS Sever

Hello Everyone. Last weeks nimda virus patches caused my IIS server to fail. I reinstalled IIS but now I cant reach my server from home via IP address what configuration am I missing with in IIS. Before I was able to Type in my IP Address in my browser and get a Username and password prompt now I get page can not be displayed. I know I’m over looking something I would really appreicate any help Thank you
