Imaging Windows NT 4.0 Server?

I am working with a Windows NT Server and was wondering if it is possible to create an image of this server and put that image onto another machine? If so what software was used?
I tried using Norton Ghost and it copies most of the files. Now, it boots half way and then blue screens at the loader screen.
Is there any way that we can change the boot.ini or other file that will allow us to use this?
