Implement DCOM

Respected Sir/Madam
We need your help.

we are making component which will act as a third party component for the user to implement it on there web sites.
the .dll file will be registered on our server. the user will be give a set no. of parameters such as Ip Address, userid , etc. This .dll file should be able to go through the proxy server firewall.

I dont know how to implement it. i have made that .dll file in vb 6.0
