Import users list

How can I import user list with accounts, home directory, and rights from Windows NT4.0 BDC server to a windows 2000 standard server through active directory? Is there any way or utility to help me solve this problem because my Windows NT 4.0 PDC iscrashed and I have already finished the installation of windows 2000 server as domain controller?
