Importing Outlook 2000 contacts into Vista Contacts

I have a memory stick with many contacts saved as a .pst file from an old Outlook 2000 PC. I have saved this file to my new Vista laptop, however I cannot find a way of accessing the data and opening in the new Vista Contacts facility. Can anybody advise if this is possible and if so how (simple please!). Thanks. Rich
