Importing passwords into Exchange 5.5

Does anyone know if it is possible to import a list of passswords for mailboxes into Exchange 5.5 from a CSV or other file? I have imported other info into Exchange , but I have seen no info on passwords and as of now, I assume you cannot. Please, someone prove me wrong….
