impossible to reach netscape-mail

only on one hardddisk i cannot reach my netscape-mail after entering login. i have used complete norton system works, i have firewall. after several months of no action(virus,attacks) i had several attacks annoyonced some days ago. i know the ip-number of the strongest attacker. what can i do to get rid of the netscape-bug?
