Incomplete browse list at win 2k work.

I am using a windows 2000 workstation in a netware 4.22 environment. I have several workgroups defined to use ms file and print sharing services, but at the w2k station I have eratic results when attempting to browse the network: sometimes only one workgroup will be displayed along with a fraction of the member workstations (mostly windows 98). Could this be a problem with the master browser, because I also get errors regarding the backup list generated by the browser service? I have seen that Microsoft acknowledges the problem. Any ideas?
