Incorrect date on NT Terminal server

Hi, On one of the terminal servers that we have here, the date or the year keeps changing to point to an incorrect one. It has happend about 4~5 times within past 2 weeks. Nobody is doing it on purpose but it just sets itself to either wrong day of the month or the wrong year. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks very much.
