Help needed please:-
A problem has suddenly been experienced – IncrediMail XE (free version) seems to work ok and messages can be sent and received but, although a Notifier has been chosen, this is no longer visible.
If, however, IncrediMail is minimised on the Task
Bar and Internet Explorer 6 is opened, a blank 2″ square (I guess where the IncrediMail notifier should be visible) is shown on all web pages viewed plus, even when internet connection ceases, a blank 2″ square on Desktop.
I have tried contacting IncrediMail with no response, other than acknowledgment, so far and updating IncrediMail, but do not relish the idea of backing up all my e-mails, uninstalling and then reinstalling IncrediMail unless there is really noother alternative.
Ideas please. My systems runs Windows ME.
