Infected with W32.NimdaA virus

My NT server is infected with the W32.NimdaA
virus. I ran Norton Anti-Virus scan on it and
it found over 3000 files infected. When I tried to repair them, Norton said it could
not repair them. Is there a patch or a fix
out for this virus ?
