Insert Ink Cartrige

A Canon Multipass C5000 dosn’t recognize new ink cartrige. Still says “Put In Cartrige”.

I have installed new cartrige, cleaned contacts on cartrige. “Reset Printer” and left it unpluged for 48 hrs.
