Inspiron 8500 BIOS Chip

I downloaded a ‘recommended’ bios flash from the dell website and it fried my chip. Any idea where I can get another BIOS chip since I dont want to replace the whole motherboard since it’s only the chip?

The laptop powers up but fails to post. I am unable to do a flash with a usb key or anything with a CD Rom or floppy drive.
