Install 3rd hard drive in Dell 4600

I’d like to install a 3rd hard drive into my Dell 4600. The hard drive I’m installing is a Western Digital IDE.

It looks like I should be able to install 4 drives total. I’m confused about how to configure the primary/secondary and master/slave settings.
