Install an allusers print driver NT4

I installed a network print driver, HP LaserJet 4 driver and print queue on an NT 4 Workstation. If I log in into the workstation with my usual account I can see and use it for printing as normal. But if another user logs in he/she cannot see it andcannot the printer driver and queue appears not installed. How can I install a network print driver and queue on a NT 4 workstation so that ALL users can use this driver and queue
