install Seiko Precision BP9000 printer

I want to install Seiko Precision BP9000 printer in Windows Server 2003 so that everyone in office can have access to it. How do I install it? How do I configure the IP address for this printer?
This printer is currently installed in WIN NT 3.1
We are upgrading the server to server 2003.
