Install Win98 Quickview within ME?

After upgrading to ME I discovered that Microsoft no longer provides Quickview as an accessory. The Justice Dept Strikes again! A good feature that now has to be purchased via third party software vendor for more than the cost of the ME upgrade. Justice Dept thought they were saving us money? Well my question is whether the Accessor Quickview could be installed from WIN98 into the ME OS? Here we upgrade and loose a quality utility that’s been within windows for many years. Does anyone know if the W98 or any features from the OS be manually installed in to the upgrade? Thanks for your help.
