Installation Problem

Hi,

I tried to install the oracle database on windows 2000. When I click install/deinstall product that screen disappears and next screen will not be displayed. System configurationis
intel P IV 1.6 GHz. Intel 845 chipset.sis 300/200 VGA Adaptor. Oracle is 8.1.6 for NT/2000.
I need help.
