Installing Drivers for a Seagate STT 200

I am installing a Seagate STT 20000N tape drive on a new server which uses a Travan 20 Gb tape. I plan to use this to backup Winnt files. I do not have a disk with the drivers on it and do not know how to load the drivers otherwise. Where can I finddetailed instructions to do this.
