Installing Exchange 2000 on W2k member s

I want to know is there any problem in configuring Exchange 2000 (or 5.5) on W2k member server with MS proxy or MS ISA Server already installed.

I’ve done that. But My proxy server isn’t working some times. The service is stopped on logging on. When I start it it says www service running. When I stop www & start it again it doesn’t work even after that.

Does it have anything to do with Exchange. (I’m new to Exchange. worked a little bit.)
