Installing Exchange 5.5

When I have installed Microsoft 5.5 on W2k Advanced server, and restore the exchange backup the Information Bank has stopped, and wen I use isinteg -patch I received the follow message : The private store could not be updated. Reason : DS_E_COMMUNICATION_PROBLEM
