Installing NAV to sub-domain server

I am in the process of creating a Master domain NT network. I have created the Domain PDC and just created the sub-domain PDC. I created a global group in the master domain which I am a part of. I am also in the administrators group of the masterdomain.

I can log into the domain and have access the the PDC in the sub-domain…

I CANNOT INSTALL NORTON ANTI-VIRUS TO IT… I receive “ACCESS DENIED”. The Norton Console is on an NT server in the Master Domain. I have give rights in the local & domain sercurity policy to have rights to the Global Group.. Was I suppose to use the local group????
I am lost.!!
