Installing NT 4.0 Server as a PDC

After a “successful” install of Windows NT Server and a capitable computer, I get the error Network Path Not Found when opening Server Manager.

The domain has been named and is shown in the list of domain(s).

Is this a NIC problem? If so, I have tried to update NIC drivers.
