Installing NT after Linux(clean install)

I just might have really screwed up my harddisk. I had Suse Linux 6.1 instaaled on my P120 computer and wanted to install NT4. I have run fdisk from a win95 boot disk on my harddisks and perhaps stoopidely enough fdisk /mbr which brings me to my actual problem. How do I get NT to install. At this time my computer does not recognize bootable media from my harddisk! Otherwise my harddisk is fine! Help, PLEASE!!!
