Installing NT4.0 Server

hi! I am having a problem during installation.I have PIII Compaq Tower.I use restore CD of Compaq.I make Fat partitions through Restore CD.I give NT4.0 server CD and Service Pack4.0 , when asked , then restore cd operation is finished and it says totake out the Cd so that NT4.0 server Installation can be resumed , The Installation starts and then in the start it gives big Blue screen message “Inaccessable_Boot_Device” with lots of zeros 1s and 2s.Please help
