Installing Sybase ASA 6.0 Client

I trying to install the Sybase Advanced Server Anywhere 6.0 client on a Windows 2000 server for use with Terminal services. I’ve tried to load through Terminals Services and I’ve also removed Terminal Services and tried to install. All it does is hang. I can’t even get to the first splash screen. I’ve checked in Task Manager and saw that the processor was hanging @ 100%. I checked the processes and saw that NTDVM.EXE was using upwards of 96%. I’m assumming that the install exe must be a 16 bit program, but Microsofts documentation is confusing. Any help?
