Installing TCP/IP protocol on NT

When trying to add TCP/IP protocol to NT workstation, computer hangs running RUNDLL32.EXE using 95%+ of CPU usage. IPX is installed on this maching and works fine. Have configured other NT machines with TCP and IPX with no problems.
