Installing win 2k professional

I’m trying to install win2k professional on my pc. my setup is windows me 20gb hardrive partioned c:\ 10gb,(primary )& ext. dos partion. d:\ 10gb w/fat32 on each partion. when I put the cd in & try to install the systems hangs and won’t install. anyhelp would be greatly appreciated. thx.
