Installing Winnt Server

I am trying to install WINNT Server the first problem is I don?t have the original CD that came with the server .
I have Run winnt32 on another server to produce the 3 start up disks and here is the second problem
When I try to install winnt from the disks because I have SCSI Disks in the server the install program can?t see the scsi disk drives .
Could anyone please tell me what else I need to do to get Winnt server installed on this old but very useful server
