Integrating Organizer 4.1 & Notes 5.06

We have recently upgraded Lotus Notes to version 5.06, from 4.63. On one PC that has Windows NT4.0 the Lotus Organizer 4.1 was synchronized with Notes 4.63. With the upgrade of Notes, the Organizer no longer functions. How can I get this to work with Lotus Notes 5.06?
