Intel Graphics interfering with NVIDIA

I have a problem with my Acer Nitro 5 (RTX 3050ti ; i7-11800H ; 16GB RAM), running on Windows 10 (latest update). My Intel integrated graphics are interfering with my Nvidia. When gaming, it uses 2-15% power while my Nvidia uses 60-85%. When not in game, the only thing that changes is that Nvidia uses 0-5%. I tried installing different drivers, updating BIOS and it always starts working normally at the beginning. One day later, huge FPS drops and in worst case stutters. I have this problem for around half a year now. Also, both the CPU and GPU are not overheating. I tried most basic methods including changing the power plan, prefering Nvidia over Intel etc.
