Intel PII333 booting as a 133

I have a PII333 on a QDI 440BX motherboard which is booting up as a 133. The clock speed is set to 333Mhz in the bios.

I also have a similar problem with a PII400 on a different motherboard this will ocassionally boot as a PII200. Resetting the PC seems to fix this one though.

Anyone have any ideas. Could it be a duff motherboard or proccessor?
