Intellimouse Optical with3.1 set up Disc

I run the set up disc and the program starts fine with an icon in the tray.Then after a couple of boot up the icon is gone even if the show icon box is checked.When the icon is not in the tray the mouse doesn’t work right. Thank You Charles Gilleanclgillean@jps.net
