Intel(r) Virtual Adapter

I need to set up an Intel(R) Network Services Virtual Adapter. Where can I find the download and how is it configured. I am running a WIN2000 Advanced server(HP LC 2000 r) with 2 dual NICs. We already have one set up this way, but it was done without any documentation by an ex-employee.
