internal application error -2147287037

We are getting this error message when trying to e-mail a document from a client application to an exchange distribution list. This error is intermittent during the early morning hours (6 -7). I have contacted the DBA’s and they point fingers at theapplication. The Exchange Admin’s don’t have any answers either. It happens about once a week.

This started when the DBA’s upgraded to SP 3 on the SQL 7.0 databases. The error message is
“An error has occurred -2147287037 internal application error. Could this be an ODBC issue?
