Internet

i am having a slight issue with my internet access, there is none. I can dial up with no problem, but can’t access the internet (in any browser)or my e-mail, it tells me that it can’t find the server. Seems like a winsock issue, is there an update or registry hack I can try? Also, when I open outlook express, it disconnects my dial-up connection.
