Internet Access for Windows XP

I have web site I access that requires a login. When I login to there site, I am unable to review outstanding requests that I have filed. I get the following message:

“HTTP_REFERER is blank”

I am able to access this information from work using WIN 2000, but not WIN XP.

Any suggestions?
